Job Description:Title: Associate Marketing Manager Location: Koramangala, Bangalore Job Description On the lookout for a dynamic, team oriented, strategic thinker and savvy marketer to be the Associate Manager, Marketing. The leader is expected to enhance the customer experience and drive an exponential growth in revenue by defining and executing a strategic vision for marketing the products and categories available on EMI. You shall lead a diverse team of strong performers to achieve these goals. You shall own the creation of all marketing strategies including monthly, quarterly and annual plans. You shall be directly responsible for leading Customer Acquisition/Traffic, Customer Engagement, Merchandising, and Marketing Analytics. He/She must be a customer obsessed, data driven, entrepreneur spirited individual to join our growing team to challenge and solve some of the interesting problems for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Create, own and execute s marketing strategy Drive measurable, scalable and innovative marketing campaigns both offline and online to meet goals around new customer acquisition and engagement. Develop effective B2C marketing initiatives including events, partnerships, promotions, campaigns and loyalty programs nationally You will be responsible for continuing to build an extremely high calibre team and creating an environment that motivates people to thrive in their expertise and deliver aggressive results Own plans, financial metrics, and operational metrics.Provide insights based on deep diving into the marketing data that help improve the customer experience and customer satisfaction Work with the content and digital team to create tactical marketing plans to increase consumers awareness towards student EMIs Be responsible for driving conversions on the website & amp amp app through a mix of untargeted and targeted marketing channels across multiple campaigns Interacting with student brand ambassadors (Campus heads & amp amp Campus Interns) to drive growth, monitor daily, weekly and monthly business metrics, implement measures to drive business, and review activities, initiatives, and achievement vs target. Basic Qualifications: Excellent relationship management, communication, and organisational skills. Possess extensive knowledge about students buying trend and local college activities. Drive Initiative: Especially important in this role, as this is a new area which will become the future of our business. Must be able to operate successfully in a lean organisation must be able to articulate and advocate initiatives working with other teams,& amp nbsp that will move the business forward and be able to create a vision and organisation that can scale rapidly with growing volume.
