Job Description:The Infrastructure Voice Engineer IT Infrastructure Engineer will report to Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure Engineering and will be part of the team that is responsible for providing design and architecture for all voice related technology which will include but not limited to full documentation of all designs, implementation of designs along with knowledge transfer and mentorship to 2nd level support. This person will provide 3rd level support for the UCCE environment along with all other voice products within JCP. Critical Primary Responsibilities: Excellent/Advanced understanding of Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communication portfolio: Cisco Unified Communications Manager CUCM Cisco Unity Connection Cisco Unified Contact Center Express UCCX, Cisco Contact Center Enterprise - UCCE. Demonstrable experience designing, deploying and supporting Unified Communication solutions which include Cisco Voice best practices, disaster recovery, dial plan development and reporting. Critical Skills & amp amp Experiences: Must have extensive experience with Cisco Contact Center, both express and Enterprise developing and maintaining applications, experience with UCCX scripting. Supporting Cisco Contact Center in a call center environment. UCCE implementation experience, including the cloud version. Voice Gateways and Routers, Cisco Cube SIP Gateways. Experience with Cisco Video supporting Tandberg units. Good knowledge in routing and switching in Cisco environment. Router LAN/WAN circuits PRI, SIP, MPLS, T3, FXO, FXS. Knowledge of the following protocols: SIP, MGCP, H.323, SCCP. Call scripting experience necessary. Create and optimize scripts for work flows. Document and store call flow changes. Experience dealing with British Telecom a plus. Manage and administer Cisco VoIP, which includes inbound calls, outbound calls, email, and workflows Troubleshoot Unified Command and Control Real Time Reporting issues Manage and configure changes to the Cisco application.
