Job Description:Key responsibilities & amp amp skills required: A) Budgeting & amp amp Forecasting: To support Strategic, Operations and Business Management for the designated Business Units as Business Finance Partner. To manage Profit & amp amp Loss Account and Financial Management of the designated Business Units Support formulation of Annual Operating Plans, Quarterly Forecasts covering Operating expenses, Overheads and Return on expense management. B) Treasury Management: Preparing & amp amp reviewing quarterly Cash flow forecasts to monitor Companys Cash position & amp amp Working Capital Management. C) Management Reporting and Controllership: Manage month end reporting by reviewing month end financials / activities to ensure timely and accurate closure of books as per US GAAP and IGAAP and corporate timelines in Oracle ERP System (People Soft) & amp amp MIS system Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).P& amp amp L Management / Balance Sheet Recon/ Variance analysis: Prepare and review on monthly basis - Balance Sheet Reconciliations and variances in operating cost, overheads & amp amp HCs in comparison to budget/monthly run rate. D) Statutory Compliances: Leading efforts for monthly / quarterly close responsibilities, Calculating transfer pricing margins for all the group companies through Cost + Margin model, liaise with Statutory & amp amp Internal auditors for Audit finalization.
