Job Description:Operational Activities :& amp nbsp Proactive in setting goals, make business forecasting, resources planning, time management and adopt - ability for changing business needs.& amp nbsp Overviewing the staff recruitment, training, control and making them ready for next level. Participating the managerial Committee meetings and provide inputs for increasing productivity, optimizing the resources& amp nbsp Contingency management for people, place, services etc. Control of Transshipment activity / Office administration / customer relations / employee relations. Monitoring the branch activities through respective area coordinators & amp amp Regular visits to branches to understand the performance and providing guidance for improvement. Attending to complaints that may arise from branches, sections, transshipment, customers and ensuring quick resolution& amp nbsp Conducting internal audits of RO/CO and branches and taking necessary corrective action and preventive measures to mitigate any lapses& amp nbsp Keeping updated on application developments and experiencing hands-on. Analysis of operations / bookings / deliveries / service levels / deficiencies / resources utilization etc. Regular review of performance with Officers / in-charges and coordinators. Reviewing the lapses / shortfalls and defining action plan to overcome. Regular monitoring of on-credit parties, business/payment patterns etc. Making the team understand the policies/processes/procedures of the Organization and ensuring adoption Planning for network expansion Identifying potential areas for opening Branches. Selection & amp amp appointment of Agents (Franchisee), assessment of the agency performance, guidance for shortfalls rectification. MARKETING :& amp nbsp Accomplishing marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, communicating job expectations & amp nbsp Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions planning and reviewing compensation actions enforcing policies and procedures. Achieving marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews & amp nbsp Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards Resolving problems Identifying trends Determining system improvements Implementing change. Meeting marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements preparing an annual budget Scheduling expenditures Analyzing variances Initiating corrective actions. Determining annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for region Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products Analyzing trends and results establishing pricing strategies recommending selling prices monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand. Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements Defining market, competitor' s share, and competitor' s strengths and weaknesses Forecasting projected business Establishing targeted market share. Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities & amp nbsp Maintaining rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits Exploring specific needs anticipating new opportunities.
