The Global Wealth Management Technology group is a hub supporting the business across three continents and various jurisdictions covering all areas of Private Banking from front end applications to the core accounting systems. The Team, composed of 300 professionals in India, is in charge of implementing business sponsored and mandatory projects as well as providing technical support. Projects range from market expansion, finance, credit, regulatory, operations efficiency, tax, suitability, and other areas such product industrialization and client servicing solutions. Role Description A Project Manager at Associate Level in the WM Services Technology group. The role of the PMO is to help the regional CTO and Business Manager in the day to day running of the team, and also for key program updates for global programs. This is a new role being created as we are working towards making our processes and systems compliant with MiFID II, a European legislation with significant impacts on how we perform our business today. We need help in ensuring that we can drive this critical program to a successful implementation within the regulatory timelines. Key responsibilities Creation and production of various executive reports, and analyze data to ensure an accurate and meaningful consolidated global view on a weekly and monthly basis Work with Technology leads as required to help project manage certain aspects of key programs / track delivery status to ensure key projects remain on track and have the right level of transparency to the stakeholders Responsible for enforcing PLC adherence including tracking of project artefacts to ensure key projects are following core requirements and audit/ regulatory mandates Identify and drive out improvements in process for the areas this role is involved in to improve efficiency and reduce costs To help manage cross group dependencies to ensure robust reporting and project deliveries To work on ad-hoc projects for the CTO as an when they are required. Providing both CTO and CTO-1 level of information in various forms (PowerPoint and Excel).
