Job Description:Job Purpose: Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity and helps employees create long term career plans within the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Train employees on Soft Skills, Sales & amp amp Functional (IT Tools) Skills.Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization. Conduct TNI & amp amp TNA across all profiles & amp amp develop, implement, and monitor training plans & amp amp programs. Conduct orientation sessions for employees. Create testing and evaluation processes. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. Achieve Satisfaction scores of all the branches through systematic training interventions. Devise systematic capability programs for all profiles. Prepare & amp amp publish performance reports of training participants on timely basis. Travel across the region & amp amp conduct team building workshop, Sales & amp amp Refresher Training. Implement relevant measures to achieve desired level of Customer Satisfaction across the region. Work closely with Corporate Training & amp amp Quality team to understand learning gaps across the region. Design Content & amp amp Develop training programs as per need analysis (TNA). Discuss & amp amp understand training needs (TNI) by closing working with concerned authorities Qualification & amp amp Skill Requirements: MBA in HR with an experience of 04-06 years in a similar role. Track record in designing and executing successful training programs. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively. Strong report writing and record keeping ability. Good computer and database skills.
