Job Description:We are having an urgent opening for Sales Officer / Executive with us for different locations all over India. OBJECTIVE: To achieve the organizational objectives to grow domestic sales and market share in respective districts from the territory. Ensure overall territory business is achieved Qualification : B.Sc Agri Experience : Minimum 2 years to 5 years experience Job Location :& nbsp Alwar HASAN KOLHAPUR Washim MOGA GULBARGA Shimoga Amravati 2 VIJAYAWADA -1 SANGLI Merta Vellore Khammam Warangal Sirsa Amritsar Malda Bardwan Bhavnagar Mandapeta Raipur Kumbakonnam Bhadrachalam Ajmer Nagaur Banswara Shajapur Betul Mehsana Amreli Nashik JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.To achieve the annual objectives Sales, Receivables and Gross Contribution. 2.To be within spend budgets Traveling and Sales Promotion. 3.To adhere to the Business policy Guidelines Written Indents / Stock receipt acknowledgements, Quarterly balance confirmations, Leaky / Damage claims. 4.Implementation of National / Zonal / Regional strategy Product specific strategies at the territory level. 5.To handle the Channel effectively Placement and Liquidations. 6.To recruit and train right FOs. 7.To plan and monitor the campaigns and submit the review reports Demos, Farmer meets and Liquidation. 8.To participate in Market Development activities Demos, farmer meets and to develop testimonials from the satisfied farmers. 9.To maintain the data base of Dealers, Farmers and Villages. 10.To develop personal contacts with the progressive farmers. 11.To maintain good relation with trade partners. 12.Liaison with Department of Agriculture and University Scientists. 13.To issue the Principal certificates timely and maintaining a record. 14.Effective utilization of Sales Promo Inputs Demo Samples, Handbills, Posters, Banners and POPs. 15.Identifying the progressive farmers / potential village for Model Plot and to maintain Model plot effectively till Filed day / harvesting / Yield data generation. 16.Obtaining the Indents / UC (Utilization certificates) from Department / Nodal agencies for Govt / Subsidy business. 17.To submit timely Inter party stock transfers in case of Seeds. 18.Timely submission of TES and Promo Claims to RM / AM. 19.To have a structured Territory Profile Sale, Dealers, Farmers, Village, Competition, Market size particulars. To have SWOT analysis for self, Company, Market, Distribution. 20.To prepare the short and long term goals for the territory. 21.Market Intelligence and Market Knowledge of the territory. Knowledge of : - Agricultural Sciences - Crop Agronomy - Pests and diseases control methods - Farmers psychology - Local language -Geographical knowledge of the area -Market intelligence (knowledge of competitors activities) -An understanding of dealers behavior SKILLS Planning Organizing Problem solving Customer relations Interpersonal relationships If interested have experience in working the territory please apply.
