- To maximize the business opportunities volume by focusing on expansion of customer base, scouting for new opportunities, interaction with customers to appraise them of BEL offerings.
- To carry out customer visits / calls as assigned by funnel manager.
- Useful interaction with customers to understand the specific needs of project.
- Appraising customers about service offerings from BEL by way of presentations / discussions
- Ensuring process integrity by regular updates to enable BD funnel manager to comply with the BD process
- To proactively engage in self development by way of updating technical knowledge and communication skills to improve interactions with customers.
