Job Description:We are hiring Branch Managers,Gold Appraisers & amp amp Customer Care Executives for our new& amp nbsp Gold Loan branches for the following Location: Ahmedabad Interview details are mentioned below : Venue :& amp nbsp IIFL, 4th Floor, Commerce House-4, Nr. Shell Petrol Pump, Anand Nagar Road, Ahmedabad-380015 Time : 10 A.M.- 4 P.M. Day : & amp nbsp 16th October 2018 Branch Manager Incumbent will be responsible for managing the book & amp amp increasing the profitability of assigned Gold Loan Branch.& amp nbsp Direct all branch level operational activities including business development, customer service & amp amp overall administration.& amp nbsp Assessing local market conditions to identify current & amp amp prospective opportunities for new customer acquisition.& amp nbsp Maintaining the quality of portfolio by tracking & amp amp controlling the threshold IRR.& amp nbsp Ensuring strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control & amp amp thereby achieving higher revenue. Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes to ensure high Audit score.& amp nbsp Bring out the best of branches personnel by requisite training, coaching, development & amp amp motivation. Gold Appraiser : To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc. Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies - KYC adherence, maintaining all important registers etc. To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & amp amp post loan disbursal. Supporting branch staff in business development activities & amp amp helping to achieve branch targets. Customer Care Executive& amp nbsp Should be able to handle walk-in customers.& amp nbsp Adherence to the administrative process & amp amp policies of the organization is a must. Ability to understand needs & amp amp interests of the customers and cater to the same. To guide & amp amp provide the customers with all the required information about loans & amp amp schemes. Should be able to solve the queries of the customers as well as handling the customers in a cooperative & amp amp efficient way. Should be able to acquire new customers through referencing. Keeping the existing customers up dated with their existing account details.
