Job Description:We are looking for Customer Relationship / Sales Executive for a Watch brand Key Responsibilities synopsis: Achieving sales and contribution targets. Participating actively in sales promotion programs ideas, implementation and monitoring. Establishing relations with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach. Updating and brushing own selling skills Maintaining visual merchandising as per norms. Detailed Profile Deliverables: Welcome the customer by acknowledging and greeting Probe to determine their needs and wants through need analysis Recommend watches based on individual requirements and occasions Provide advice to customers regarding particular watches or service of watches and explain the features, complications, movements, uses and advantage Answer customers queries and concerns Quote prices, discounts as well as introduce companys loyalty program and its benefits, terms, warranties and delivery Prepare invoice and accept payment Advise customers on utilization and care of watches or other products available in the store Practice exit protocol to see off the customers Assist in visual merchandise and display of merchandise Attend the phone calls as per the laid down standards Always look pleasant and groomed as per the grooming norms of the company Assist in maintaining records at store level and through use of company software called Navision Always be aware of self and team targets and thrive to achieve them Assist new team members in familiarizing them and their performance and practice spirit of camaraderie Candidate should have extremely good Appearance/Personality and well groomed. Functional knowledge on watch industry will be preferred Experience: 0 to 4 years Qualification: Graduate Age: 20 27 yrs.
